Shipping policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times We currently ship within South Africa only:
- Standard Shipping — 3–5 business days
- Express Shipping — 1–2 business days
- Local Pickup — Available by arrangement (contact us to confirm)
Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
⚠️ Please note: Due to the competitive pricing we offer on all our products, we are unable to offer free delivery at this time. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is confirmed. We recommend adding multiple items to your cart to make the most of your delivery fee.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or no one being available, the courier may return the package. Re-delivery fees will be charged to the customer.
Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at emperorsvapeswrs@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a video of the damaged packaging and item.
Restrictions We do not ship internationally at this time. All orders are shipped within South Africa only.
