Eligibility for Returns Due to the nature of vaping products and South African health regulations, we only accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item is defective or damaged upon arrival
- The item received is incorrect (wrong product or variant)
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Opened or used e-liquids and disposable vapes
- Coils, pods, or consumable accessories that have been opened
- Items purchased on sale or clearance
- Gift cards
How to Request a Return

Include the following in your email:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos clearly showing the defect or incorrect item
- A video demonstrating the issue (e.g., device not firing, leaking, incorrect function)
- Returns requested without both photo and video evidence will not be accepted
- Our team will respond within 2 business days with further instructions
Refunds Once your return is approved and the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items subject to stock availability.
Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
